We embed ourselves in your operation, manage your supplier relationships, spec and procure the right equipment, and coordinate everything from delivery through to sign-off. We become your in-house equipment team, without adding to your headcount or your overheads.

Our team brings deep experience placing equipment in high-volume, multi-site environments across Australia from national QSR rollouts to regional operators looking to scale.

We hold direct manufacturer relationships, which means better pricing and faster lead times. And because we work exclusively for the operator, you can be confident we're always recommending what's right for your kitchen, not what's easiest for us to sell.

  • Tony Dunne

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Tony Dunne founded Australia Wide Hospitality Equipment in 2021, drawing on more than 12 years of national equipment sales experience built at Bunzl Catering Supplies, where he managed equipment solutions for blue-chip national accounts across Australia's hotel and hospitality sector. Tony built Auswide around a simple belief: operators deserve a supplier who understands how commercial kitchens actually work — not just one who can ship a box. He oversees the business from NSW, managing national client relationships, manufacturer partnerships, and the strategic direction of the group.

  • Dan Savage

    DIRECTOR

    Dan Savage joined Auswide Hospitality as Director in November 2025, heading up the Melbourne office and leading operations across the Southern states. He brings close to a decade of commercial kitchen equipment experience from Moffat Group, where he held senior sales roles across combi ovens, commercial warewashing, and national QSR accounts building deep expertise in specifying and placing equipment in high-volume, multi-site environments. A qualified chef Dan understands commercial kitchens from both sides of the pass.

  • Alison Harrison

    ADMIN MANAGER

    Alison Harrison is the operational backbone of Auswide Hospitality. With over 17 years as Customer Service Team Leader at Bunzl Outsourcing Services, she joined Auswide in 2023 and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes managing administration, coordinating internal processes, and making sure the team has what it needs to deliver for clients. Alison is often the first point of contact and the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

    Kaitlin Ristuccia joined Auswide in 2024, bringing a decade of customer service experience from Bunzl Catering Supplies and a Cert III in Business Administration. She's the reliable, responsive voice clients reach when they need a quick answer, an order followed up, or an issue resolved.Kaitlin ensures every client interaction is handled with care and that nothing gets lost between the quote and the kitchen.
